2014’s Best Red Carpet Looks

It seems like only yesterday when we were welcoming 2014. And now the year is coming to a close, so why not take a look back at some of the best dressed flaunting their regal gowns and dresses on the red carpets.

Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2015 Campaign

The Italian fashion house giant, Dolce & Gabbana, have come out with their most recent Spring 2015 ad campaign featuring some of the most adorable models you’ve seen thus far. So when I say picture a model, what comes to mind? Perhaps a 20 some year old skinny girl with youthful, flawless skin and with a towering height? Well my friend that description doesn’t quite fit these endearing Italian ‘nonna’s,’ grandmothers. Here are the lovely ladies reminiscing amongst each other in their jewel-encrusted tiaras and extravagant mini handbags.

Holiday Style: Red Skirt
Finally I present you the third and final look I have put together to give you a bit inspiration while making your creation. Today we’re centering around this gorgeously red Prabal Gurung Skirt with chiffon pleating. I chose this black Vince Blouse that should be tucked when worn with a pencil skirt such as this one. These Stuart Weitzman Ankle-Strap Sandals are always a great choice but remember to paint your toezies because people will definitely stare at your feet. (Not Creepy.) Moving on to accessories I chose this MICHAEL Michael Kors Clutch and this MARC BY MARC JACOBS Watch that I absolutely love. Hopefully that the three looks I’ve created have some sort of influence on what you choose to wear and remember you’re going to look fabulous when you pair things right. Holiday Style: Red Blazer
I present to you outfit number two. This time we are centering around this lovely red Armani Collezioni Blazer. Next I chose a white pair of J Brand Jeans and this Alice + Olivia Cropped Top. I would heavily recommend that the two white pieces be the exact white or close in color as possible. Another recommendation is that if you do end up wearing a crop top you should keep the blazer buttoned up to where no skin around the stomach area is showing or just wear a simple v-neck with the blazer. And we obviously can’t forget about the shoes especially with these red hot Jimmy Choos. Lastly, to top it all off why not this black Henri Bendel Clutch with gold hardware. Holiday Style: Red Dress
You’ve been invited to a Holiday Party and you still don’t know what to wear. Well for the next three days I’ll give you three different outfit ideas that will surely make you the center of attention and for a good reason. For this first look I chose this red Karen Miller Dress and styled it from there. I wanted the outfit to have a warm and cozy coat that would hit right around the knee area so I picked this white Emporio Armani Coat, but a black coat of your choice can work just as well as a white one. Afterwards, I added a pair of nude Christian Louboutins that you can never go wrong with, and this nude Victoria Beckham Leather Clutch. Versace Pre-Fall 2015

The Versace Pre-Fall is definitely one of my favorite Pre-Fall 2015 collections thus far. Not only is the collection clean and graphic but designer Donatella Versace found a way to incorporate a sporty twist to it. The collection’s color palette is not broad with the only colors found throughout are red, purple, cobalt blue, and black. Nonetheless, the collection is quite exquisite with it’s sleek, posh, and modern look. Here are a few of my favorites.

Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2015

Raf Simons the creative director of Dior took his show on the road; this time landing Japan. The brand does have ties to Japan when it once created dresses for Princess Michiko’s weddings ceremony. Yet, the show showed no Japanese inspired pieces. Here are some of my favorite looks.
